Planning Session
We start with a consultation where we get to know each other and plan every detail of your session. We will talk about your style, choose locations, plan your outfits, and build a creative direction that is uniquely you. I want your session to reflect your personality, not mine.

The Portrait Experience
On session day, we hit the locations we have chosen and I guide you through every pose and expression. I make it fun, relaxed, and natural. You will change outfits, explore different settings, and by the end, you will feel like you just had the best time. Most seniors tell me they did not want the session to end.

Reveal and Design
About two to three weeks later, you and your family come to the studio to see your images for the first time on a large screen. Together we select your favorites and design custom artwork, graduation announcements, albums, and wall portraits. I handle all the production and deliver finished pieces ready to display and share.

I hear this from parents all the time, and I want you to know — it is completely normal and it is absolutely not a problem. Many of the seniors I photograph start out feeling awkward, self-conscious, or flat-out resistant to the idea of a portrait session. By the end, most of them are asking if we can keep going.
Here is why: I do not put a camera in anyone's face and start clicking. We ease into it. We talk, we laugh, we take it at their pace. I give clear, specific direction so they never have to wonder what to do. And as they start seeing how great they look in the back of the camera, their confidence builds naturally.
After 20+ years of photographing teens, I have learned that the key is making it feel like hanging out, not posing. I meet them where they are, bring out their genuine personality, and create portraits that they actually love. Even the ones who said they would hate it.
